I gave this a damn 1 star cause first of all my daughter came here to get a new tire not to come to get something stolen from her. My dad gave her $7 in quarters she used $1 last night to put air in her tire so the change was still in her car and whoever serviced her car took $2 of the change she had! Yea the manager took care of it but it’s the principle of it! That person needs to be fired because they are not trustworthy. I hate she had to experience a situation like this and there’s no telling if he stole anything else from her car or any other customers!!! She will not be back!!! And on top of that they put to much air in her tire!!

My wife and daughter were travelling around Charlotte from out of state, and had a flat tire on a Friday night. We had them towed here, and Chuck helped get the tire ordered so it could be installed Saturday morning. He did this at 10:30 at night on a Friday, well after hours. Because he could. I'm a business owner, and I hope that my people, or even myself would step up for someone in need like he did. Again, thank you.

The absolute WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve never had a good experience here! After about a year later, I decided to try them again. EPIC FAILURE! I dropped my vehicle off Friday morning around 8:30 am. I had three areas of concern (engine light, grinding noise & ac not blowing cool). I also confirmed if they use extended warranty coverage (Endurance) & they acknowledged so. No one called me with an update. I had to call them twice & each time I was told I’d get a call once it’s looked at. Well, they closed at 6 pm & I never heard from them. Saturday morning I decided to give them a call around 10 am because they close at 1 pm. I got no answer & went to the location to see what was going on with my vehicle. The service man told me they couldn’t get to it yesterday & he didn’t have the courtesy to at least apologize. He was very uncaring! Customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! He then told me someone will look at it within 30 min, which was longer than that. After someone finally took a look at it, I was told it’s going to cost me about $3,500 because all 6 of my injectors needed replacing. LIE!!! I then asked the mechanic who looked at it, did he check out the AC? He said no.

I go here for oil changes and for them to listen to new Jeep sounds that randomly appear. They are trustworthy and honest and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. They are always busy so get here early! Took the attached photo at sunrise waiting for them to open. Thought it looked cool.

Maybe things in 2025 have been just getting worse over time. My latest visit on Dec 3-4, 2025, to Coulwood Auto & Tire was no different. I came in on the 3rd for an oil change and tire rotation. No different than any other time I’d come here since high school/college… At least so I thought. Understandably, it would be a bit of a wait. But to see others who came in after me and left before me was odd. Not to mention, my car sat out there for some time finished but I wasn’t notified til I was visibly the only one in the waiting room. I went home afterwards then got ready for work later on. Around 3:40ish PM, I back out from my driveway & there’s a scraping sound underneath my hood. It’s very noticeably loud to myself and other pedestrians as I brake each time at stops. I’m lowkey panicking texting my mama’s bf about getting my front brakes done but once I park at work, I notice it’s the oil panel not sealed on tight enough after the oil change. I call Coulwood Auto to make sure I can take it back tomorrow at no cost or fault of my own. The next morning on Dec 4 when I take it to Coulwood Auto, the white guy at the desk I checked in with says just to take it to the shop door to get c
